We have licensed investigators available 24-hours a day,
7-days a week, including holidays (unlike our competitors). We do not have a minimum charge and we do not charge extra for nights or weekends (unlike our competitors). Once we get the basic information, such as; their name, address, type of car and a brief description, you’ll need to decide at what time do you want us to arrive and where at. Every investigation begins video taping the general area, documenting all vehicle license plate numbers, and writing a detailed report as to what we observed. We’ll even call you to give you updates as much as you like. Keep in mind, the more we communicate, the better we can do for you. Throughout the surveillance, we video tape every time there is a change and continue writing a detailed report as to everything that pertains to the investigation. If you wish, we’ll call you to let you know everywhere they go, everything they do and who they’re doing it with. Whether we continue for 1-hour or several hours it’s up to you. It’s your money – you call the shots. Of course, we’ll offer our advice and expertise, but the bottom line is, we’re working for you – what do you want. Since we are a licensed investigative agency and use only licensed investigators, your videotape and written report are legal court documents.

We have very reasonable rates considering automobile mechanics, plumbers and electricians charge approx. 60 to 70 dollars per hour. Our South Florida rates begin at ONLY $ 59.00 per case hour, .35 cents per mile and .35 cents per cellular minute used by the investigator. Outside of South Florida our rates are generally $65.00 per case hour, 50 cents per mile and 50 cents per cellular minute. Case hours typically include surveillance time, case management time and various administrative duties.
