Most reports include what the charge was, case number, date it was filed, type of charge, what the outcome was and on what date the case became final. However, states vary in the amount of time they take to release the records and what information they will actually release. We search and obtain the maximum amount of information that each state will release. The records vary by the state depending on the data each state maintains in their files. Please review the descriptions below for the states in which you are requesting records to assure that you obtain the expected records.
Most statewide searches go back 7-years, however you may request additional years to be searched.
Because many people have the same name, a Date of Birth is required in order to receive the best possible results, however if you do not have the person's DOB - we can obtain it for an additional fee.
